Implementing Lesson 2:

  1. Commit to BALANCE, not PERFECTION!
  2. Commit to achieving your goals and look at the new challenges/ obstacles that arise as a test to see if you really mean it!
  3. If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.
  4. Practice having faith/ belief that you will overcome your emotional eating, even though right now it may seem impossible (Implementing these tools without believing that you can do it, will not get you anywhere).
  5. Start accepting yourself as you are rights now (What you resist, will persist).
