Bliss balls almond, vanilla and seeds

INGREDIENTS:

CARBS: 4 Medjool dates (pitted)

FAT: 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

BAKING: 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder (sweetened with natural sweetener), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD:

Soak the dates and almonds in hot water until soft then drain. In a food processor cut up the dates, almonds add the sesame seeds, flaxseed meal, sunflower seeds, cacao and vanilla essence. Then make the bliss balls coated in black and white sesame seeds. If you prefer them hard, you can keep them in a fridge.

Bliss balls apple, cashew and coconut

INGREDIENTS:

CARBS: 4 Medjool dates (pitted), 1/2 cup dried apples, 1 tablespoon coconut flour

FAT: 1/4 cup cashews, 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

BAKING: 1 teaspoon cinnamon

METHOD:

Soak the dates, cashews and dried apples in hot water until soft then drain. In a food processor cut up the dates, apples, cashews, coconut, flaxseed meal, and cinnamon. Then make the bliss balls coated in shredded coconut. If you prefer them hard, you can keep them in a fridge.

Bliss balls orange, cacao and poppyseed

  • COOKING TIME: Let it sit for 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

CARBS: 8 Medjool Dates (pitted), zest from 1 orange, 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder

PROTEIN:  1 tablespoon hemp seeds

FAT: ½ cup cashews, 4 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1 tablespoon poppyseed

METHOD:

Soak the dates and cashews in hot water until soft then drain. In a food processor cut up the dates, cashews, coconut oil, flaxseed meal, orange zest, cocoa powder and chia seeds. Then make the bliss balls coated in poppyseed. If you prefer them hard, you can keep them in a fridge.
